STOCK MANAGEMENT SERVICE
UPA’s stock management service has the ability to analyze customers stock purchases and identify usage patterns. This service ensures customers always have the right level of stock for regularly used parts. Methanex New Zealand is a client who utilizes this service and a proven example of how well this system works.

REPAIR CENTRE
United Pumps Australia has an extensive repair centre with the ability to repair all brands of pumps (not just the United brand and not just centrifugal pumps) and reproduce components as required. No job is too big or too small.

Reconditioning

Rather than just remove and replace, United Pumps Australia offer a complete reconditioning service that calls on our in-house mechanical and hydraulic design expertise. If warranted, we can perform a design review, investigate reasons for faiilure and perhaps upgrade construction where warranted.

Restore Clearances

The amount of excess leakage flowing through worn wear rings can be determined by comparing the “as new” (or factory) with the current (worn) power vs. flow curves. As the clearance between pump wearing rings increases over time, the amount of flow that recirculates within the pump, from the discharge of the impeller to its suction, also increases.
